My Neighbor Totoro

This film is produced by Hayao Miyazaki. This story is in Japan in 1958. A university professor and his two daughters, Satsuki and May, move into an old house in rural, because their mother is in the hospital near here. There are mysterious creatures called Susuwatari in the house and Totoro in a mountain behind their house. Only young people can see them, that is to say, Satsuki and May can see them. Susuwatari can’t live in the house in which someone lives, so Susuwatari moves out. Satsuki meets Totoro at a bus stop when she waits her father. She lend her umbrella to him, because it rain heavily. Totoro gives a package of acorns in return. After she sows acorns in her garden, Totoros come here and pray that acorns grow well. Acorns grew well and were big trees. Satsuki and May go to top of the trees with Totoros, and they wake up. They don’t understand whether it was a dream, but they sprout up.
I am usually impressed after I watch this film.
